Hi everyone! |
When a dream is ending: spin around with your arms outstretched, or rub your hands vigourously together. People with similar problems find that this works consistently. It stops the dream from ending. |
Do you mean I have to do this the moment I get lucid? or when the dream seems to go slowly? because most of the times the dreams ended abruptly. |
I agree with that. Also, it might help to periodically do these techniques throughout the dream as opposed to when it's ending. Try to use your senses to make the dream more real: feel the grass with your fingers, smell a flower.. That sort of thing! |
I think you should try shouting out what you want. I'm not sure if it work for keeping you in the dream but you could try! It worked for me for the task of the month. I shouted what I had to do then before I realized it, I was doing the task! Just a thing to keep in mind. Hope I was helpful... |

Spinning never worked for me. My dream would just keep fading if I did it, like there was no effect. Although, rubbing my hands did save me from fading back to reality. Kept rubbing my hands through the whole lucid dream, confident I'd stay in it. Whatever works for you, man. Everyone's different with this type of thing. |
