      Quick WILD question.

Alright, the wind was whooshing outside but it was that noticeable but then laying in my bed after a while relaxing/concentrating I could hear the wind whooshing really loudly, i'm not sure if it was just coming from outside, i asked people in my house if they heard any whooshing, they said no. But not sure. Also, my eyes started twitching a lot. Sometimes it twitches so fast it tends to open my eyes just a bit (i think it does). I tried controlling it but i couldn't so i just let it do whatever then after eye twitching and wind wooshing eveything and heavy fast heart beating everything just seemed to slow down slowly and my eyes just opened up.

I just need to know what to do after this point.

      Thanks.

Time for a sleep mask, or pretty dark room. . This seems to be just the relaxation of your eye muscles. If you didnt care about it {which sleep mask helps with}, you would probably move wery close to SP. Why? Eye muscles are the most difficult to relax. They are oft the last one. So. Actually. I would say a tiny little congratulations

When I first started to WILD i'd lay on my stomach. It was during the day after work and my room was lit up by the sun, so naturally I'd bury my face into my arm. It would keep a little pressure on my eyelids and block out the light, it was my makeshift sleep mask.
More recently when I WILD, I lay on my back. Also in a well lit room from the sun, I set a light pillow over my face. I kinda leave room to breath, so the pillow is partly over my face. I even set it over my face when I lay on my side and it still seems to help.
Just an idea if you don't have a sleep mask or anything like that.

I use the sleeve of a shirt for a sleep mask, haha.
