      A quick FILD question

      Hopefully you can help me with this:
      When attempting a FILD, are my eyes supposed to be opened or closed when I'm doing the finger-tapping?

      I'd close them. I've never tried it with my eyes open, but I'd assume that it's better if your eyes are closed when you dream!

      FILD is a variation of DEILD. Basically the same thing, but with a kinesthetic addition. So you'd still want to mimic the sleeping state (eyes closed, body still, except the motion and then thought of tapping).
