Sounds like you've created a little soap opera in yer dreams.

I don't think dreams really have any deep meaning, we just make the stories and pictures in our mind, and I think if it did have a deep meaning they would not be able to be found out by other people because we aren't told what to dream or anything, we just create them in our thoughts.

Not sure if that's the general consensus on this forum, but that's what I think.

agreed. i think our dreams are made up of just random subconscious thoughts plus reactions to what your subconscious(or conscious if you're lucid) mind thinks about its surroundings. you can interpret something about yourself by what you do in your dreams though... in your case, it doesnt matter since you probably didnt remember about your real life girlfriend before you kissed that other girl. lol =p hope i could help
