just wondering. and is it really that hard? just asking this becuase when i go to bed at night, i go to sleep around 2 or 3 am, so i am really really tired. do you think i would be able to wild when first going to bed? |

Yes, all three lucid dreams i've had were at bedtime. You just have to stay very aware because it's too easy to fall asleep. |

The reason it's more difficult is because very few dreams occur in non-Rapid Eye Movement (NREM) sleep, and when you first go to sleep you have to go through 4 stages of NREM sleep before getting to REM. |

If you're deprived of enough sleep you'll go straight into REM when you fall asleep. I WILD naturally when I'm sleep deprived this way. |
