      uuh..help needed

well I have been reading this site for quite some time...I am getting better at dream recall.....its just I can't seem to do it....I have tried almost all of the audio things but still...nothing. I think last night I might have been conscious because Someone was quoting a television show that happened to be on in real life...it was the exact one too. I just need help to attain lucidity thats all ^_^.....
      thankyou,

      Question time!!!

      1) Do you keep a Dream Journal?

      2) What is you average recall per night?

      3) Do you perform Reality Checks?

Since you've read a lot of things on the site already, the only other bit of advice I can give you is to wait. LDs will come; It justs takes time and practice. I'm rooting for you!

      Okay.

It's great that you keep a DJ. That will help you in the long run more than you know right now. It's also excellent that you have such great recall. And the way you can get into the habit of performing RCs is to do it when you wake up. Some members say that it's helps identify Fasle Awakenings.

And about the OJ; you should try it and post results. I'm sure it could work just a well as AJ.

gonna hit the sack. I have had some water(I also hear that helps) And i will drink some OJ. (I think i know one of my problems...that I know I cant fix. I tend to "doze off" while i am focused on thinking things like "do a reality check" "remember, I am about to be dreaming" or something like that...and I wont notice for a while. Any tips?

EDIT: p.s. I also love to sleep next to a fan....as it helps me relax.....is that ok?

I think it's ok to dose off. You're thinking about Lucid Dreams, so that means that it will be on you mind when you go to sleep. And as for the fan, if it helps you relax, then keep on using it!!

      the results are in:

      lucid:nope

I don't know how many I have recalled....it takes about 10 minutes for me to remember them..at all. <(^_^)>

EDIT:aha! i remember 1 so far...I will try to remember more now....yay I have remembered another. I think thats all i am gonna remember(I think my mind thinks about something related to one of my dreams once in a while and that is what helps me remember.....??)

Just try to implement those RC's into your day. It will really help you get lucid at night. Read a few tutorials on them. Remember, practice makes perfect
