Farthest I've come when trying to induce lucid dreaming is the state of "shaking", feels like Im electrocuted, I always panic and wake up. Now, I know it's just SP, but is it a stage in the proccess of reaching Lucid? In other words, just keep at it until you reach the dream? Or is it like a sidetrack, wrong way.. |

Many people feel SP and/or have some HI (hypnagogic imagry) while trying to WILD. So in the case of WILD or WILD related LD techniques SP and HI are a stage toward lucidity. |
