Exclamation Tired and unable to move while in an LD.

Now my exams are over i've began my adventures into the world of lucid dreaming once again.
Last night i had around my 4th Lucid Dream. I awoke on my bed and instantly realised i was dreaming.
However, I felt extremely tired, My eyes felt droopy and i could hardly open them and also i found great difficulty in moving. Throughtout the whole dream i was just stuck sitting on my bed and this was really frustrating.
I thought things might become clearer if i put my glasses on, which i dont usually need in my dreams, yet my vision became only slightly clearer.
I was wondering why this was happening because i have experienced it in previous LDs and it is really frustrating. I would greatly appreciate any ideas on how i could overcome this problem, thanks.

P.s. I Entered the dream through a form of WILD if that makes any difference.

Focus more on the dream. I have had this happen to me several times. Every time it happened I just concentrated on the dream and fully entered it. Listen to the birds, feel the air on your skin, taste the moisture in the air. Use all 5 senses and the problem should be gone.
