Talking Just did my first WILD ^^

      Hey all,

So last year before I left (only to come again this year ) I managed to get 5 LD's, none of them through WILD though. But just... 5 min ago I woke up from a very short but amazing LD that I did get through a WILD

So I was laying in my bed very tired and figured I might aswell give WILD a shot. So I simply close my eyes and start to count. This all happened very quickly; Suddenly I feel like a very strong wind is passing my head, then the next thing I know it feels like my whole body is getting shot through the air at an extremely high speed And then all of the sudden I'm in a dream lucid.

So for some reason I started at the ocean swimming around. I quickly figured I would try to breath underwater. For some reason I couldn't do it. I don't think I was focusing quite enough due to being just a tad excited about the whole thing. Now I was just swimming around (head over water) and looked at the horizon. I discovered that there was land with big really beautiful trees at the beach. So I just thought very quickly to myself that flying was easy and jumped out of the water and flew to the land. I passed all the big trees and dived towards the ground. Unfortunately my dream ended right here.

What was so great about this dream is that it was all so unbelieveable photorealistic. It was like being in the real world! Everything was so clear and real.

Wow! Congratulations! That sounds like an awesome dream. Some of the best dreams are short. I like how you were so nonchalant about it--some say the key to WILD is to be passive. Good job!

Yeah, actually all the times I've been very close have been between this periods of extreme tiredn..ess Like that period in the morning where you just slip in and out of sleep very frequently. I like to think about WILD as being very easy, even if it's not, because that way I don't worry about not succeeding for some reason, and this time it payed off

Congrats! I always get too excited and focused on my dream that I can't do a WILD.

hmm... I don't know if you've ever tried this, but do you know that time in the morning where you extremely tired? Like you wake up and then you can go back to sleep in 5 seconds? Try doing it there That's what I tried to do (with instant results!)

That thought had never really occurred to me before. I will definitely try that. Thanks!

Thats how I did my last one. It was short but worth it.
Neither Will alone, nor Strength alone.

      Congrats!!

well done, how amazing is it when its so clear huh!!, yes i agree with the above, the key IS to be passive, epecially when in the dream for me anyway, dont be shocked by anything just use ur subconcious to view the world and accept whatever you see until the dream stabalizes and off you gooooo!!!

      Hahaha, neat.

I have a question though, how long did you count until you felt the wind pass through your head, and then how long after that did you find yourself in the ocean?

It went crazy fast! Like... I closed my eyes and I think I made it to 3 before I began feeling going rapidly to sleep. Then the windy feeling came. When that passed I had a moment with complete darkness, this the dream showed up like an image fading in, and there I was.
