      Question Sleeping Schedule?

Is it absolutely necessary to obtain a regular sleep schedule when trying to LD because as far as im concerned, being able to become lucid in a dream and experiencing SP just comes from practice and determination.

Please provide me with an answer to this because im not a fan of going to bed around like 11 every night and so forth.

It depends what method you're using to induce them. I find I can DEILD easier when I get more sleep.
Neither Will alone, nor Strength alone.
