Thread: First lucid convert!

I was talking in school today to my friend, and he asked what the symbol on my hand meant ("LD" for reality checks). The I started talking to him about lucid dreaming, and he wanted to know more, so I started this really long and drawn out conversation about how cool LDing is. He said he had one before but didn't think too much about it. I then directed him to DV, and he said he was definitely going to look into this! First person to ever believe me when I talked about LD!

Yeah, I just got my girlfriend into! I told her all the cool stuff you can do and she says she really wants to do it. I just hope she has the determination to do it!

He he. It's fun talking to somebody about it when they're actually interested. Good job! I got my boyfriend into it awhile ago. He kept a dream journal and even signed onto DV, but he's sort of lost interest. What a poo-head.

Don't give him sex until he has his first LD, that should work to raise his interest.

But yeah, I hate talking to people about LDing when they're not really listening (esp. my best friend who was into it for a while); but the way I see it is that its their loss, not mine.
