      My first full SP Experience

I have just woke up amazed, at around 5 am i awoke and i was completely paralyzed, only my left eye was open and i kept drifting in and out of dreams. I couldn't move at all, it is such a wierd feeling trying to move but you can't. I eventually was able to move and i rolled over and went back to sleep.

It is a weird experience, isn't it? In a lot of my SP experiences, when I try to move it will feel just like my body has moved making me think it has, only to realize that my visual point of view hasn't changed because I haven't actually moved. That can be pretty disorienting at times!

The funny thing with me is, the first few times I experienced SP I didn't even know I was actually paralyzed, I just thought the reason I couldn't move was because I was too sleepy to. It wasn't until later that I discovered I truly couldn't move, and that reminded me of having read about something called sleep paralysis in a book in the past, and I figured that that must have been it.

So, unlike many people, you could say that my first SP experiences weren't all that scary because I didn't realize anything unusual was going on!

Sleep Paralysis is weird, but what really freaks me out is when I take it in my stride. The Dream Self can take it in its stride, my waking self would be terrified.

They can be freaky. i've had a couple. The main one I remember is 'waking up' in my dream, my mom at the end of my bed, about to grab my toe and break it. Or atleast she grabbed it and was going to bend it....Ouch. I got kind of scared, couldn't talk or move, then I woke up. Other SP experiences aren't as freaky.
