Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
I get something like what you described, when I'm pretty tired. It often serves as a segway to sleep, but if my consciousness kicks on at all I just wake all the way up again. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
yeah thats kinda what i was trying to say |

Yeah i get this a lot. I start to see things and hear things, usually this just leads on to a real dream. As soon as i realize what is going on i wake up straight away. I've tried to stay with it so i could enter the dream but i always seem to fall asleep completely or i wake up totally. |

"One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.
Hit me with music now, oh now, hit me with music, harder, brutalize me". Bob Marley.
yeah i get it too... Its like what i call 'shallow sleep.' i was in a dance class and we did relaxation, i fell asleep for a few seconds and it wasnt proper sleep sleep, but my consious mind was shutting down. I started to see colours and all i rememberd was a really quick image of a bannana!!! random or what!!! then i woke up. Isort of knew that it was a dream, but i was too consious to stay in the dream i think. I reckon the only way to stay in a dream as shallow as this is to really practise your focus. Become focused on the fact that you are not awake, but do this slowly, or will come as a shock and you willl wake up... just an idea, i really dont know that this will work |
