Thread: My almost Certain Lucid Dream Method!!!

*****Ok this is it, i have found a way to get me lucid almost every single night, but please note it only works for me as i know of, i have never tried to teach it other people untill now*****

Ok around the time you are going to bed say this to yourself, "When i am dreaming i will remember to do a reality check" Say it really fast to yourself, now this bit is the hard bit, somehow you need to completely change your thoughts to point that you can no longer remember you even said anything to yourself, for example.. Say the sentence then immediatly after begin to think about your favorite song in your head.

If done succesfully when you are in a dream your sub-concious should kick in and you will do a reality check, this has worked for me many many times and i always use this method, the reason it isn't always certain is because sometimes i can't help think about what i said. But if you forget about the whole sentence you said you should Lucid dream...

Fascinating. Strange method but it sounds interesting. I'll mess about with your suggestions - see if I can't whip up some results!

That is an autosuggestion method which had been described in books several times and is generally considered very unreliable. If it works for you well, that's fine, it probably means that you are sensible for suggestions.
