Right, so if there is one thing I HATE doing in the middle of the night, it's waking up.

So my question is this...what techniques are there that I can try that wouldn't require me to wake up sometime after I've fallen asleep until my body feels like it actually needs to get up?

I believe there is the DILD technique where you just lay still right when you wake up, right?

What else is there I can try?
