hmm..
well you could write about things that occurr in your lucid dreams.
you could get ideas from dream characters.
i don't think it could increase your creativity considering dreams are based on thoughts from your subconscious mind.

Yes it could help with writing and definently help with creativity.

Yeah, it would without a doubt peak your creativity. When you sit down and think of things to write about at a desk with a blank sheet of paper, your mind wanders and it is difficult to just think of something creative to write out of nothing. Your unconcious mind is what you want; this is what your mind is thinking of without you putting forth any effort.

I'm interested in writing too, and I've begun to write short stories on each interesting dream I have. I basically include my dream in the story (obviously) and I add a storyline to it. It's fun =]

try and think of a world without limitations (assuming the only limitation is yourself - your mind, conscious or subconscious). lucid dreaming allows you to do ANYTHING, see ANYTHING, be ANYTHING...provided the fact that you know you are able within your own mind.

once you become accepting of these facts, only then can you begin to evolve your own creativity...remember your only limits are yourself.

take into consideration the fact that you are void of harm and physical pain during a dream. as people dream of running from a harmful entity, upon realizing they are in fact dreaming, they become able to face the "fear" head on...there-by transforming your perception of that fear. this will hold true to your mind while awake considering there is no clear separation from perceived reality and daily "reality."

my suggestion includes you being able to explore any desired subject for your writing while in a lucid state and witnessing the results of such whether through documentation of occurances, or whatever literary vessel you choose to transform the experience into words.

Yes - it helps me with writing. I'm writing a book and get a lot of inspiration from my dreams - lucid or not.

The main thing I'm focusing on now is dream recall... I'd say I have pretty good dream recall, although sometimes I'll get blurry spots in my dreams. Writing all of your dreams down helps. Writing a dream journal in itself helps with writing, and you may find lots of things in your dreams that will inspire you in ways you never thought possible.
