      A Question on WBTB!!

hey all. let me first explain my WBTB plan tonight.

      - Goto Bed At 10 PM.

      - Wake up 5 hours later, at 3 AM.

      - Write down any dreams I had.

      - Stay up for an hour and a 1/2 (till 4:30). Reading DreamViews/lucid expirences/thinking about being in my dreamscape.

      - Goto bed at 4:30.

      - Get up at 6. Write down any expirences. Goto School.

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

so that's my plan. i had a couple questions but now i can only remember 1 of them. the question was; is sleeping from 4:30 to 6 (an hour and a 1/2) enought time?? i believe it should be seeing as the subconsious mind goes at the "speed of light". how a dream could last a few hours, even kno if was only a few seconds long. and one other questoin that just came to mind was; what EXACTLY are u supposed to do during this hour an a half of staying up?? was i correct??

I like 45 minutes to an hour, after an hour and a half I can't fall back asleep.

is sleeping from 4:30 to 6 (an hour and a 1/2) enought time??[/b]
it might be enough. As long as its 7+ hours, you should be fine, but over 7 hours is the ideal amount of time since your REM is longest then.

what EXACTLY are u supposed to do during this hour an a half of staying up?? was i correct?[/b]
just occupy your mind about lucid dreaming like reading about it and the techniques, also do some affirmations saying "i will have a lucid dream" while you are walking around

Same here. Plus, this way you'll have 30-45 minutes more time to dream. And while you're awake, do what you mentioned, as well as some reality checks so that you get into the habit. Good luck!
