be patient. It takes time. you need to try out different techniques because some people are better at certain techniques than others. Give each technique a certain amount of time before moving on to a new one, even if it doesn't work for a few weeks. Stay positive and patient, do reality checks, write in your dream journal, and figure out how you're going to try your techniques, and you'll get it eventually. I can't say which one would ensure you an LD because I don't know how your mind works or the way you sleep. Sorry. |
