To clarify these HH are what you feel as your body undergoes Sleep Paralysis.

Lucid dreamers commonly experience vibration and strange noises.

This is a kind of transition zone as your brain switched from external input (sight, sound, touch, taste) to internally generated (i.e. dreams).

You just about WILDed. Once you understand whats happening, it won't be so scary when it happens, and you can work through it.

Look for tutorials and threads on Sleep Paralysis.

If it makes you feel any better i had one last nite, i was WILDing and my legs felt like i had bricks on them, like a big slab of concrete then my hands and arms where numb, i kept getting a shooting pain in my left arm and my back, on the right side, i then stopped the (humming sound you use to keep yourself awake) and i noticed i stopped, but i didnt intend to stop, so i was like wat the hell? so i tryed to carry on, and i closed my eyes and i could see my brain shape on my eye lids, im sure this was a hpyagogic illusion, not to sure but whatever it was got my heart racing a bit, after a while i managed to start humming again then my body fell asleep and i once again stopped, i then felt i was dreaming, so i looked at my phone cause the alarm went off, and it said 4:01am then i looked again and it was 4:00am so i thought Hmmm a minute difference doesnt sound to dreamy so i gave up and went to sleep lol

      Ha Ha. Tricky false awakenings.

I wonder how many people try to WILD and end up sitting on their dream beds in their dream room getting frustrated.
