      Question How long would a WILD or VILD or MILD last?

      How long would a lucid that you get from a WILD, MILD, or VILD last? WHat about for a newbie?

      It varies, but really, your induction method of choice doesn't have an impact on the length of the dream.

      I don't want to create any preconceived notions here, but expect lucid dreams to get longer overall with practice.

      I always find DEILDs are great for length.

      I would guess that with a DILD you might become lucid towards the end of a REM period, which might limit the length of the dream.

      With a wild you would start a rem period, so could have a longer dream.

      In either case dream control is important.
