Dream signs alone are ineffective. Try MILD, WILD, or my favorite: DEILD! |

right, after my first accidental lucid dream I keep a dream journal an meditate and everything, and dream signs do show up- like malfunctioning electronics or people asking me to check my clothes and snow when there isn't supposed to be snow- the list goes on, but even though I recognize these as signs after I wake up they don't make me lucid. I am able to recall at least 1 dream per night. |

I love DEILD! SP is pwnage!
right, but isn't WILD kinda 'advanced' for newbies? Anyhow I've read the MILD tutorial - so apart from doing RC's on a regular basis I should also repeat mantras like "I will notice my dream signs and I will realize I am dreaming" , especially when falling asleep but also during the day? I already meditate slightly before sleep to relax myself and keep a dream journal. |
