Dream tasks help focus.

I've had a number of dreams where I realise Im dreaming and just charge off. But this can sometimes change to a kind of semi-lucid where I know what I want to achieve (i.e. find a teleport door to the moon) but get blocked by dream events, instead of taking more control.

So now I have a little list. Do reality checks. Anchor into the dream by touching and observing. Complete Dream task.

Didn't help much when I MILDed this morning though.
