hmm okey I'll try the waking up at night thing, however usually I do so anyways after my dreams- is that bad because the REM cycle is over and should I set an alarm to wake me up earlier? |

hmm I could try that, but the reason I wake up is that I usually drink too much water- it helped me to wake up naturally before my 'normal' alarm to record my dreams since getting up and turning off alarms kills dream recall. I think I'll modify my tactic to not drinking (a lot of) water before going to bed and indeed setting my alarm to like 4AM (I have to wake up at 7:30). |
