      What exactly is focus 10?

      I have heard that focus 10 is the state in which your mind is awake but your body is asleep. Is this not the same thing as sleep paralysis and from here you can lucid dream. Now, I have also heard that you can listen to tracks to induce focus 10. does this mean you can induce sleep paralysis with these mp3s and then have a lucid dream? I wish there was something like karma that you could give but it would be really amazing if someone could provide me with a focus 10 mp3 and guarantees a lucid dream. I am really desperate to lucid dream seriously.... thanx a trillion

      Just another name for state when you are detached from your body.

      About the mp3s... Well maybe they help, maybe not. But if you are not used to zone out with music, you will end up in state, where every sense is detached from physical body except for your ears, which remain attached, So you may find yourself stuck ... Maybe not... It depends. But I would say. No mp3 guaranties what you may only learn with practice.

      have your heard of hemi sync the gatway experience wave 1 discovery ? it has a track which plays advanced focus 10 or something. I wonder if that would work ?

      probably is so i was wondering does anyone have an mp3 by brainwave generator that can be used to lucid dream you know first it would go down to delta then up to theta then to alpha and back to higher thetas to make one concious while sleeping ? please can anyone do me a favour and make me this kind of an mp3 . I would really really really appreciate it.

      There's no such thing as a brainwave generator.

      what do you mean there is no such thing, of course there is, people on this site use it all the time. and by the way, its not "a brainwave generator" its just brainwave generator, the downloadable application
