      Help

OK I had a crazy Lucid last night (did an RC, checked the time) and I managed to become lucid and to calm myself down and was in pretty good control.

      I was able to fly.
To influence a DC to choose an action which it didn't at first like.
To unlock a door by putting my hand on the lock and thinking of the sound
it would create when unlocked by a key.

I have some problems and will address the first one. Flying, how do I land without crashing into the ground? When I crashed out the window and flew a bit and wanted to land to explore I could only...do a slow fall which almost jolted me out of my lucid. Any help on landing would be nice :p .

Going through walls. I tried to "phase" through a wall but all I did was vibrate a bit and nothing happened.

Unlocking doors with a thought. It didnt work and I had to 'pretend' my hand was like a key to do it (was still cool, like I was a jedi or something).

And controlling DCs. I could only influence, like plant an idea in there head and they liked it and decided to go along with it.

Other then those slight problems I had a blast. If anyone could offer some advice on how to induce more of the time RC (time changing on MP3 or watch) I would be very thankful.

The only advice that is really going to help you is belief. Everything in your dream is YOU. You just have to know that you can do anything, there is no reality in your dreams. You are as much you in your body as you are the wall that you are going through. there is no disconnect. You have no real body

well first of all you need to remember that it is the dream world and you can do anything, that answers most of your problems. but the best way to land is like iron man lands (i love being iron man), fly head fist towards the ground, then use your hands to flip round and slam onto your feet. (iron man uses his rocket flight stabalisers to do this)

      use autosuggestion for RC

Autosuggestion is were you repeat that you are going to lucid dream while falling asleep?

ive never been jolted out my dream, remember your not physically smashing into the ground, if you remember that you'll be fine.

yes autosugestion is where you sort of talk to yourself while falling asleep, in your case you say something like "i will remember to RC, i will check the time" etc.
