OK, Id hate to double post but you should definitely try listening to music when all else fails. This has a really low fail rate, for me at least. You should just choose a CD or put a long playlist together on your mp3 and listen away until you drift off to sleep. This almost always works for me.

But sometimes you will wake up after a few hours to take the headphones out, but that takes only a seconf and you'll be back asleep before you know it!

You can choose any type of music to do this with as long as you like it and its tolerable; I, however, suggest mellow songs to do the trick. And if you like dance/trance or anything like that, then I highly suggest it. I like these particular genres to go to sleep on b/c of the constant tempo (and relaxing melodies depending on the song).
