A good way to ld is to sleep. I have tried the "home remedies" I am tired at like 7 or so then I ramdimly get a long burst of energy and I can't sleep. Any suggestions? {no pills} |

You may want to consider natural sleeping pills I think you can get them off the net or at your local drug store. |

Haven't tried that thx! |

I have used Melatonin supplements when trying to recover from jet-lag. I am pretty sure they are considered "natural", not that I really care. But they seem to work. |

I think you need to start experimenting. Melatonin is (as stated above) a natural hormone your body uses during the night (from what I know.) |

OK, Id hate to double post but you should definitely try listening to music when all else fails. This has a really low fail rate, for me at least. You should just choose a CD or put a long playlist together on your mp3 and listen away until you drift off to sleep. This almost always works for me. |
