      Talking Recall!!!

Just thought I'd say this as I'm quite proud of myself

When I started trying to lucid dream(Still haven't done that) I couldn't recall any dreams.
I started 4 days ago and my recall has improved dramatically.
I could only remember 1 or even none.
      Now I can remember 3.

I remembered the three this mornin. So I'am proud of myself.

Now I have to become lucid which I have tried since I started.

Luck. How have you been recalling them, like what methods have you been using?

I'd also like to know your method. I'm pretty inconsistent atm. Although i've improved dramatically since I started trying.

I am seeing just as much improvment in my dream recall as well. Four days in was when i started to really feel like i was making improvment as well. Im remembering up to about three a night now.
Hopefully the Lucids will come soon.

Mainly I think to myself as I'am falling a sleep.

"I'am going to have a lucid dream and I will remember them in the morning"

When you wake up don't move if you have to move slowly.

Same, except I usually only remember the dreams I had later in the night, not the earlier ones... Oh, well :-D
