Post Lucid Dreaming In 1 Month

So I got this idea, which is propably a pretty common one, I think everyone have though about doing this, or something similar. But here it goes:
LDs have been slipping away from me for some time. It is time to get them back! So I kinda though of doing a program, that will get me back to LDing in about one month. During that program, I would push myself to the limit: Thousands of RC sets per day (yeah, done that before), ridiculously accurate dream yournal, all kinds of exercises like playing like I´m in a dream and realizing it, reading my last dream and changing it to LD (finding a dream sign and "playing" that I would have realized that I am dreaming), then I could take dream supplements (that help my brain to work during a dream), and do all sorts of things like that. Then every night would be either dedicated to WILD or WBTB, and during the WBTB I would apply MILD, RILD, PILD, do dozens of reality checks, do the whole thing perfectly and then take some caffeine and so on and so on...

That was an example to give you the idea, of what am I doing. I will apply more and more and more detail. After the month I will have an LD every night, or anyway I hope so.

But yeah, the point of this THREAD:
Give me ideas of what to apply to this month.
      And..
I will explain the whole month in detail, so someone else can try it too.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Like a lucid boot camp. I would be sure to keep a diary of everything you do. Your supplements, schedules, WBTB times, ect. That way, once the month is over, you can use your records to perfect a more low-key schedule.

Here is a list of things I will include in the month. Though I talked about these earlier, but...

      Supplements/other
Vitamin B5 Vitamin B6 Vitamin B12 Choline Melatonin Niacin (B3) Tryptophan*, possibly even more, but no nicotine or something like that. I´ll take them before bed with some food and at the end of WBTB, and I´ll take caffeine at very end of the WBTB.
*I´ll take them as overloads. I have studied this, and I know, that overdoses give a slightly better result.

      Dream Journal
As I said, it will be a damn accurate one. Here´s how I´ll do it:
      1. Keep eyes closed, memorize the dream/dreams (5min)
      2. Write the dreams down to the DJ, very accurately.
      3. Then memorize all the smells, tastes, feelings and so on in the mind.
      4. Write parts of the dream/dreams to WORD, but motify them, so they were like "lucid", even if they weren´t.
After some time, I´ll find the dream signs...

      Reality Testing
I´ll do a 1000 RC sets per day (Stare at my hand, plug my nose, time check) and while I do them, I´ll think "Am I dreaming?" Also every time I´ll see my dream signs, I´ll RC, and I will not do them like a robot.

      Techs
I´ll use actually just this one tech: WBTB + RILD + PILD
I will later describe that combination accurately.

There were the main things. I´ll post secondary ones tomorrow.

I would include galantamine in there with the supplements once a week. Not more than once every couple days, max. Galantamine/choline is crazy effective for many people. Slug a small glass of water with the stuff dissolved in it (it doesn't taste bad, lemony) at the beginning of your WBTB.

And be careful with the B-vitamins. They can be dangerous when you O.D. too hard.

      Excellent idea.

      I would include several things:
Meditate. Just focus on your breathing. You could also imagine dream scenes and then imagine yourself becoming lucid and doing cool stuff. For me, this has been very helpful.
Soak up new information about lucid dreaming. Read some new dreaming books. Post on this forum.
Try to minimize your stress levels during that one month.
You could also report here about your progress, or maybe start a blog on the internet.
      Do WBTB every day.
When you WILD, get out of your bed and do it on a couch or on the floor.
If you like napping, you can try to have lucid dreams during naps.
      And, most importantly: Have fun!

Do you mind if I do this "with" you? As in, doing the same thing, but not really sticking along it with you... xD unless you want me to, of course.

      It's a great idea, really.

You are making lucid dreaming into work like working for a big company and striving for that promotion...aren't you tired of all that? Lucid dreaming or dreaming in general is about having a good time chilling out from day routines and normal dreams should be enjoyed too. Turning it into work isn't going to make it enjoyable.

I would, and quite possibly might, be doing this - for the same reason I record my dreams in my dream journal. To have more lucids, better lucids, and longer lucids. Is it so bad to work for a better second reality?

Set up some more, reachable, progressive shorter term goals. By end of 1 week have 1-2 wilds, 2nd week have 4 lds, ect.
