      ....about sleep Paralysis

I'm really freaked out by it. I woke up early this morning and since I had some spare time, I decided to try to LD. So I waited for the whole sleep Paralysis thing to happen, and it did, I was doing fine with it, staying really still, but I guess I got excited because it just stopped. So I tried again. I was pulled out of it...again. This kept happening. I was aware of it for the first four times, but then it just got weird. After a while I couldnt even figure out where I was. Then I felt trapped for a little while. When I finally regained my memory it was an hour later and I felt extrmemly exhausted! So I just wanted to know...is sleep paralysis bad for you if you keep trying it? How long does it take for it to end so you can go into a dream?

your body goes into sleep paralysis anyway, but normally after your mind has fallen asleep, so you wont feel it. can be a strange experience with your mind awake though.

SP is pretty spooky from my experience. What with the the whole not being able to move, sense of impending doom, shadow figures, creepy audio hallucinations. Yeah it's pretty intense >_>

SP can be scary I know, but it is a normal body function. Its going to happen to you weather you are asleep or if you are awake through it. Also, like everything else with LDing, SP can last longer or shorter depending on the person, also the more you practice it, the more efficient you will be. After a while, it will take shorter to get into your dream. Keep it at though
