I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried to go to sleep in an LD. I want to know if its possible and/or what would happen. Thanks |

you'd either wake up in RL or have an FA or teleport to some place. Haven't tried it myself since my goal atm is NOT to wake up (for a long period of time, that is) |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

according to carlos castanada this is one of the goals of "Dreaming" - with a slight variation. here is what you do - fall asleep in a dream, in the same position that you originally fell asleep in. (of course you have to be lucid to tell yourself to do this.) |

I did this on accident in one of my dreams recently but I didn't actually go to sleep. I was told to go to sleep and get some rest so I went upstairs in the house that I was in and got into bed but I was much more interested in the things that were going on downstairs so after a couple minutes of laying there I got up and went downstairs; I did try to go to sleep in my dream though. It was very surreal. |
