So who's attending the un-credible Lucid Dreaming Workshop in Hawaii?!

      LD pioneer Stephen LaBerge

is inviting EVERY lucid dreamer with dough (and plenty of it) to join him at the
famed Kalani Oceanside Retreat located on 113 spacious acres of botanical forest along the
sunny and secluded Puna Coast on "the Big Island" of Kalani Hawaii.

It only costs $2400 (does NOT include the price of the flight to Hawaii, hotel, meals, rental car, little extras like that).
$2400 just gets you into the workshop and OH WHAT A WORKSHOP IT WILL BE !

      --------

Plenty of free time to dream or walk along the tropical beach...

Bathe in a moonlit natural hot-spring...

Inspire your night's dream peering into the edge of an active volcano

If all THAT doesn't get your lucid dreams flowing, nothing will. RUN don't walk on over and secure your reservation before it's too late!
You're guaranteed to be the coolest lucid dreamer on your block or some of your money almost back!

      wot?
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

Stephen, are you here? Why in the world are you charging so much?
How do you know you are not dreaming right now?

I thought the cost covered food and accommodation as well? Also, if you register before Jan 15th it's $250 less I believe. I don't think the cost is too bad. I've been considering going myself. If anyone else is keen on here, PM me...

So, renting an island and personal attendance costs that much? If only I had the money... I only need the island though, but seems fun <.<

Oops you're right about the hotel. You're covered. You have to take on a roommate though. Like I posted in another thread, I saw Stephen in a workshop once (not a $2400 one) and it was worth the price. A workshop in Hawaii would be pretty cool because now he really does look like the dream dude.

I could think of worse things to spend $2400 on... but I have to sit this one out. Definitely something on my todo list at some point in my life though.

      Honestly, I don't think it's worth the $2400.
Sure thing, you get to meet Stephen LaBerge and might have a jump in LDing, but what's the point of active volcanoes, hot spa's and luxury hotels?
Those things might as well give you nightmares

I lived on the island for almost a year. Did the WWOOF / camping thing.

Most of the 2400$ is probably going for Kalani. It's a really expensive place to stay. I was offered a job there for IT / Networking, and I would actually have to pay them to work there. (I would work 30 hours a week and pay them 300$/month for the first three months in exchange for getting to live on the resort and eat their gourmet meals. After three months I broke even and started getting a few hundred each month.) I would estimate for a weeks retreat only 750$ actually goes to LaBerge.

I did attend a Lucid Dreaming workshop in Kalani while on the Big Island, but it was only one night and cost 15$ (including price of galantamine and DVD). It wasn't taught be LaBerge, but an associate/former student. It was a decent presentation, but I wouldn't say it was a great. Worth it for 15$ and for beginners, but I wouldn't pay more than 30$ for it.
