      Well lets just say today,
I have been doing the fallowing

      1. Drinking orange juice
      2. Eating bananas
      3. Drinking milk
      4. studying lucid dreaming
      5. listening to subliminal audio tracks
      6. running subliminal flash
      7. doing more reality checks then often
      8. telling myself im going to have a lucid dream

What are the chances of me having a lucid dream?
Btw my mind is clear of all other thoughts, and I have been trying to have a lucid for about a month
Just i decided to dedicate today to working harder then usual on it.

      That's really quite vague..

Someone who wants to learn guitar could do finger strengthening excersises, meditate about guitar, listen to a lot of guitar music, tell themselves that they are going to be a sweet insane guitar player. However none of this would ever make that person a good guitar player. Now I know that analogy is a tad different as it involves a physical action, but I think you get the point.

It all depends on what you mean by "studying lucid dreaming" I guess. You could take vitimins, eat special dream foods, binaural beats, meditation cds, hypnosis audio tracks, etc, and never have a lucid dream. I'm curious to know what you have studied as far as lucid dreaming goes. If you've been doing all of this for a month with no success, then you have answered your own question. This forum is full of all sorts of useful information, tutorials, and explanations of different levels of consciousness that will help you much more than all that stuff will.

Lucid Dreaming will open a whole new world to people who are willing to explore the immense potential.
Lucid dreaming is an awesome skill that can be studied and cultivated.

      You get A+ for effort.
Keep it up, I am sure you will be awarded for your efforts.

And alas, my point remains valid..

I imagine all of that stuff will likely help you get lucid, if you are already familiar with, and understand the process.

1-3 are myths. They have yet to be fully proven to induce LDs. 5 and 6 rarely work, and are, for most, a waste of time. 4, 7, and 8 are the only things on your list that will get you somewhere. But it takes more than 1 day.

I don't mean to be negative. I'm just being honest with you.

LOL you seem very dedicated- but do you think maybe you are pushing yourself too hard? I hit a dry spell for a few months and then I tried something I found here in another thread. You should check it out too. you can find it in the "Lucid Aids" forum under Audio Aid Repository by-Ninja9578 There you can download some very interesting lucid dreaming MP3's. The first night I tried them they did help me perform reality checks and realize that I was dreaming which brought on Lucidity. After a few nights of this I was able to do it with out the MP3's which is good because they only last a couple of days anyway before you have to re-download them. This is my suggestion. And don't push yourself to hard that may just lead to frustration.

I agree with where you sorted the numbers.

Don't give up for another month, keep a strict schedule of 4, 7, 8.
