Aw, I feel your pain. Mine evened out to 2-4ish low-quality a week after a few months of heavy duty practice, but I had one tragically awful dry spell that lasted essentially from November until December, with a few sparse ones in between. I hope that never, ever happens again
Have you slacked on your DJ? I found that for me, as soon as I stop keeping mine every night, dream recall and LD frequency plummet

And, sorry Walms! I didn't realize you don't like the term. Hey, when everyone gets over their jealousy they'll come running to you for years and years of natural experience and eight years of applied technique and experience Anyway... *mental note not to use 'natural' again*

so it sounds like most of you have at least one a week minimum. For some reason I only have one a month on average. I keep a dream journal and think about dreams pretty frequently. Do you guys do RC periodically throughout the day? Any tips to help me increase my lucids? Thanks.

*I've read other threads about some techniques on how to possible increase lucids. Just wondering what you guys are doing.

I used to do RCs a lot, but now I only do them every once in a while.
You should try and find a dream sign. That would help you a lot.

eh, once a weekish but they arent good.

I need to find a constant dream sign

I do a handful of intense reality checks throughout the day. That's literally all I do to lucid dream (besides spend hours and hours of my life on DV with you people But the LDs were happening before that )
