It's happened to me so many times it's ridiculous. I've only ever seriously noticed that I was dreaming from them once, maybe twice. I guess the best thing to do is not just do a single reality check and then go off on your way, but to perform multiple tasks involving all of your senses. Once you fail your first check, then maybe eat something and pay attention to the taste. Smell it to. Then maybe feel a wall or something with a rough texture. The more you expand on your reality checks, the better control you will have. |
