      I need help with this.

      Okay so heres the deal.
Ive had two lucid dreams using this technique, As you can see in my second LD I completed the task of the month. (But just barely because the dream ended right after i started ice skating)
      But anyhow.
      I use this technique

      Spoiler for Technique:

The problem is. It takes me a while to get to sleep, so by the time i do fall asleep my mind has wandered to a different subject. I just cant relax and calm my mind.. does anyone have some good ideas for me?
Please im in desperate need of your help.
      Thanks - Deepsleep.

      Nah,
      1. I don't have any.
      2. I don't use vitamins\drugs for lucid dreaming.

No, not for lucid dreaming, but to help you fall asleep. I don't think melatonin does much in the way of dreams, but it really helps to get a good night sleep (well, for me at least).

whenever I cant get to sleep, which isn't to often I always reach for a 3mg of melatonin. Its totally natural and works everytime.
