      gaining mental power through lding

      is it possible to gain knowledge and more mental power in a lucid dream?

      You can certainly learn a lot about yourself and how your mind works through LDing. You can also use LDs to work on problems from you life, wether it is a problem with friends or whatever. My LDs help me with my writing.

      I'm not sure what you mean by "mental power."

      Yeah I sure think so. According to dream yogis, lucid dreaming is the fastest way to enlightment. They use their lucid dreams to meditate.

      Lucid Dreaming can be a doorway to communication with your subconsious mind which can't normally be communicated with directly by your waking conscious mind. So for example when talking to a dream charatcer (DC) you can gain much knowledge about yourself just as one example.

      yeah, you can gain additional insight apparently, that's what I'm hoping to gain when I manage to LD again.

      I'm not sure about actual "mental power" though. Not sure exactly what you mean?
