Thread: first lucid dream

(not really the first, I had one when I was 12)

I had it last night. It was a bit disappointing. I suddenly became aware of my dream through reality check, I stood in some sort of building. I wasn't too excited but I still did some relaxation stuff. I didn't try anything because I feared that I would become too excited. I just walked around while feeling a weird feeling in my head, like someone was tickling my brain, or like someone was walking through my head. I also felt sweat on my head. But the lucidity didn't last for long, everything became more vague and after a while I wasn't aware anymore of my dream, I went back to my normal dream state.

But these few minutes in lucidity were a breakthrough for me.
