Hey, I've had over 20 LD's so far, and lately I've decided to try WILD and WBTB every night. I set a clock, but there's a problem. I wake up in the morning, and find out that my body got used to the bell ringing, and automaticly shuts if off and falls asleep again (I do it without thinking whenever it rings - just touch the button, before I realize I'm awake I'm back asleep). I've trying solving this by placing the alarm in different positions near my bad, moving it around, placing it upside down... seems like it solves this problem. But now, whenever it wakes me up, I miss the will power to get out and strech and prepare myself to WBTB or to WILD. I just tell myself that I'll do that tomorrow... and in the morning it pisses me off.

Is there any tips to keep myself motivated?
