      This program was on BBC2 few weeks backs it has everything from Lucid dreaming to dream recall, and several techniques in the video (although a bit pricey)

      well... that sucks. I can't seem to watch it! it says it's for UK only

      I will find another link later one technique was to wear a sleepmask (like what posh people have) it has little led lights which light up during sleep so whenyour dreaming and it flashes it will transfer to the dream and you would know it was a dream in theory lol also we dream in rem sleep and non rem sleep

      how would lights work? wouldnt it just wake you up? i dunno
      you know you can still dream in between REM right?
