A while ago I spent absolutely ages perusing reviews on loads of different LD books on Amazon. I eventually chose ETWOLD (of course) and the one you're asking about. It looked really good. I haven't read it yet because I've been busy and I started reading another LD book that a friend recommended, but it does look very good. |

Exploring the world of lucid dreaming is probably better. Hard to read though. |
