Yes. Light switches work in my dreams. The fact that they "don't work" is a stupid myth.

If you are open-minded enough it will work, but if you are convinced it won't and expect it not to it should not work.

That's kind of the reasoning behind whenever you do a reality check, you need to fully expect that something impossible is going to happen as a result and even visualize it happening. If you doubt that you are in a dream, or that the thing can happen, it likely will not happen and you'll continue on in lala land!

Can anybody materialize anything they want right in front of them? Since anything is possible then everybody that believes should be able do that consistently.

only had the "pleasure" of flipping a light twice in dreams and didn't work both times.

I thought it was rather stupid that people said they don't work, since many other things do - yet they still don't work for me. It appears to be peculiar to anything light-related because the torch on my keyring doesn't work either.

Less realism in your dreams and there are easier and more reliable ways to know you're dreaming.

Most of my LD's are incredibly close to reality, and electrical stuff usually works for me.
      Current projects:
      -Acquire the Aurora
      -Test galatamine, huperzine and choline
-Find smartwatch app for RC reminders at certain intervals
-Ressurect my dream log here, and become more active

Before I even heard about the "lights don't work/lights do work" arguments I remember old lucid dreams where I was surprised when lights did not work for me in lucid dreams. I fully expected them to work, just like everything else but they did not. Only THEN did I begin researching the topic and discover that it happens to some folks and not to others.

Since I went into those early dreams expecting AND believing that lights would work, why did they not work?

For me light work but I kinda expect them to work since if I not lucid , it would work.
