      Lucid at will

No, im not, but I want to ask a question about it.
If you've learned to have lucid dreams at will, do you still have to practice induction techniques to have them?

      can

do not and have not practised techniques so much
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

I can't have that at will, but since learning how to achieve them they now happen spontaneously without induction techniques.

If having them daily counts as at will, yep, I continue RCing daily after waking up.

As Walms said, if having them daily counts as "at will," I still have to practice induction techniques *officially*. I can probably LD daily with absolutely no waking effort, but right now I'm sick, so I can't really tell (hardly any LDs when I'm sick.)

Since I'm going to achieve it soon anyway, take my answer as, "Yes, I can LD at will with no techniques."

From what i've seen, the people who have the REALLY good density of lucids do not follow any tech word-for-word but have their own unique (yet similar to certain techs) method that they use.

And, yes, some people CAN do it all automatically but i've always asked them to decompose what they do and it always relates to a know tech(s).

      Yeah, I've noticed that too.
