Thread: WILD Training?

So...I've been reading through the forum for more than 3 months now and I still haven't seen any sort of exercise (like training your prospective memory for MILD) to aid a LDer in accomplishing WILD. Please post any ideas. WILD is a whole new concept for me but I'm willing to put some time and effort into it.

More specifically Inducing Trance to WILD, the 61 Point Relaxation Technique and different ways to visualize, to use progressive relaxation, and to meditate? There are a zillion out there.

And for the specific task of training your prospective memory, I saw a video on youtube not so long ago where they explained that you could train that by putting an alarm on a random hour on your cellphone and trying to remember before it goes on in an embarassing situation. Its kind of silly but I think it should work

That would be for a MILD, which is a type of DILD.
