Thread: Lucid dreaming vs. Dreaming your lucid

Okay, I just stared a DJ here, and, if you read the first post, I talk about a dream I had where I was lucid and then later I was only dreaming I was lucid.

What I meant was, I knew was dreaming and doing awesome things by my own choice and then later, I was dreaming, knew I was dreaming, said "Oh, I'm just dreaming", and was unable to make my own choice or do anything...I was just dreaming I was lucid...even questioned myself if I was actually dreaming or not...

Anybody else experience this or anything like this? If so, what did you do to get out of it?

That means you were lucid, control doesn't come with lucidity (body control too, sometimes), though it would be cool if it were to come with it <.<

hmm, I guessed I phrased it wrong really, sorry...on some level, I knew I was dreaming...but my actions showed I wasn't sure...It was like wavering, sometimes I was sure I was dreaming, sometimes I wasn't. In my dream, I wanted to go outside, but didn't want to let the cat out (because she'll get away)...Ten seconds before, I was sure I was dreaming, then I wasn't sure if I was dreaming and knew that if I were awake, the cat would get away...Then, I was sure again and I went outside...then I was unsure when I saw my brother in my dream...so I did a reality check....It was really very odd.

Hmmm....I just spent several minutes typing out an explanation of what I was talking about...then I erased it because I couldn't describe it correctly...

I guess your right about the control thing...I don't know what to say other than that...

Really, it was just an interesting experience. Something I was just curious about.
