I've been trying to lucid dream for a week, and I got a bit of one last night! It's been hard, but I've forced myself to write in my dream journal every morning.
Yea, it is hard to keep a DJ. But after a few weeks, it gets alot easier. Forming a habit is hard, but keeping to is is not. Once you start having LDs, the DJ really pays off.
I had one dream where I was dancing with a group of people, but I didn't know the steps. I got really frustrated and said "This is my dream, I should know the choreography!" but didn't become lucid. I could've kicked myself when I woke up and remembered that part of the dream.
Same here, before my first LD I was explaning LDs to Morpheous from the Matrix. Boy was I pissed when I woke up
But last night I had a dream where I was dancing again, and I remembered about my other dream. Then it hit me-I was dreaming right then! So I did a reality check and when it failed there was a flash of white light. (Is that normal?)
Durring my first LD, I saw a white flash and did a RC and that got me lucid. Echosun13, another member here (and my cousin) sees flashes in her dreams and lucid dreams. I have come to the conclusion that is is just one of those dream logic things.
So overall, good job! The hardest dream is the first, it is the biggest speed bump. Many more to come, and good luck with more to come!
