Being cannot change
Life is a constant reaction
I am a human becoming
I agree that I THINK coming here works. However, playing D.Advocate I'll also say .. |

http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...89&postcount=1 Which is why I asked you what you mean, I have a tad bit of evidence (only for myself) and at least in terms of education, DV makes a huge difference when it comes to lucid dreaming. If you mean just browsing to get your mind on the topic, I'm not sure. I guess if I were really ambitious one day I could look at my daily post count versus my LDs. Of course you'd have to factor in things like stress, DJ, hours of sleep. But yea that's why I asked. In terms of the knowledge it provides... |

That's a lot of dreams you've having. I wish my graph looked like that. In fact, I don't even have a graph. That's how active my LD life is. |

From that point then yes, who knows. WBTBs are always recommended to be spent checking out DV, updating your dreamjournal, etc. I think it's generally assumed that this will help, but who knows for sure. |

Which raises the question .. would over consumption of bread kill you. It's a substance similar to water only it's flat and white and soft and comes in loaves. You would think that od'ing on Mrs Baird's would be impossible because logically you'd reach a point where you couldn't swallow another slice. I doubt if many people knew or even know about that sodium/brain expansion thing that can put you in a coffin if you drink to much H2O. That would be an interesting way to commit suicide though. Nobody would ever know that you meant to do it. Especially if the water was flavored. I might try that the next LD that I have (which could be tonight if indeed post count is proportional to LD count). |

Coming to dv and reading/thinking about LDs does seem to make a difference to me. Even more so is reading books on the subject. I had some of my most amazing and consistent LDs while I was reading ETWOLD. |
