      lucid dream help .

Okay so i have been able to become lucid in some of my dreams. i find it really helps setting my alarm for 4:30 in the morning. 8 out of 10 times when i go back to bed i become lucid. But i have a few questions.

#1) How do i change the location i am. "scenery"

      - I have tried spinning in circles and thinking of the place.. that didnt work.

#2) Why when i fly, it takes alot of energy outta me, Like i cant fly too fast or too high. i always end up falling to the ground. I find it really hard to fly.

      - Because spinning in circles failed i decided to fly to the place i wanted to be. that failed too.

#3) last night i was lucid and then everything became blurry . " the feeling where you cant run, cant yell, cant see" dose this mean that i am going into another dream. Because when i was able to see again i wasn't lucid and i was kinda in a night mare.

Thanks guys.. if you can help me out i will much appreciate it..

      much love.

      1) Try finding a door and expecting a new scene to be behind it. Remember that dreams are based on believing and expecting something with happen. If you believe it will, but don't expect it to, it might not happen, and vice versa.

      2) I'm guessing you're asking how to fly faster and higher? This I do not know, but hopefully someone will give you something to try.

      3) Rub your hands together if things become blurry. Rubbing your hands causes the dream to be more vivid. (or atleast it should)

If you have any more questions, don't be afriad to PM me, I'm always willing to help out :3
