      I'm back! With questions...

I haven't logged in here for almost a year. I've given up on LDing for quite a bit but am going back into the gig (in the last 2 months I've had 7 more lucid dreams) so this quantity never stopped haunting me and I am tempted to post about why certain things wouldn't happen. My first question is: dream quality.

Whenever I get lucid I only have a few minutes of good quality, but when I try to get something big done (like storming a bunker (military ftw), LD sex, and engaging in logical conversation). When I do these things, they play out like I want them to (except LD sex, of course) but in incredibly lower vividness. Why?

Well actually that was my only question but I promised more, so:

      2) Is Mr. Grenade your friend against annoying LCs?
      3) Why is WILDing so hard?
      4) Why am I asking questions that I know the answer to?

I'm not exactly sure why you're having this problem, but if you keep yourself stabilized and pay attention to all your senses your dream will become more vivid. If you stay continuously tuned in to what is around you it should prevent the dream from become hazy.

depends on when you're getting lucid as well. Are you having WILDs and things are collapsing? Or are you having DILDs and things are collapsing? When you become lucid are you relaxed and focused on stabilizing your environment by taking everything in? Or are you like "oh shit, it's go time!!!!???!"

      and the other questions....

      2) I don't use grenades against DCs....at least not yet.

      3) WILDing varies from person to person. I find them moderate. Some people find them impossible, and others find them totally easy.

      4) because some questions have multiple answers....and you could have been looking for an answer thats outside of what you were thinking.

i remember that you joined pretty much the same time as me, and now youve come back the same time as me, ive not been on in a while either till today. i just thought that was a weird coincedence.

as for your question, psylis pretty much said it all.

      but i might just add:
      1) you might just be losing part of your concentration and not focusing on what is there, only making things be there. (dont know if i said that right, cant explain it any better)

      2) well why dont you do the whole fallout 3 thing, putting a grenade in someone's pocket and take their wallet(not like you would need to steal money though). that would be funny

      3) probably lack of concentration if its the same problem as me

      4) i dont know if you were joking with this question or that you actually want an answer, but its a good question anyway. i think you just want an LD but you cant get it as easily as you hoped so you just want a bit more guidance. i guess everyone's the same.

Hey slash. Yeah, that's wierd. Also, yeah, I'm usually: "Shit... IT IS GO TIME!!!!"

I already have experience with lucid dreams and this is just an occasional problem that hits. Nothing big because I can restabilize but I just hate the fact that it hazes up to begin with. Also: My last 3 questions... my sarcasm generator needs a tune up . Thanks for answering though.

Sorry for the double post but I didn't want to just re-edit. I've done that to exhaustion on the FEAR 2: Project Origin forums and the Steam forums:

      2) It makes them gooey.

      3) I haven't managed to have one yet. Just 2 DEILDs.

      4) ...taco cannon.
