Take a little break and then reaproach with a fresh mind.

Watch films that inspire you. Keep motivated.

I, too, am struggling with this problem. I'd say give it a break for a little bit. Just remember; everybody can do it! It's not just you.

Yeah, I kind of have the same problem. Just don't try too hard and you might get surprised with one.

      Keep trying.

Do you keep a dream journal? Do you have any observed dreamsigns? Do you reality check? Diligently?

Your answers will help me to formulate some advice for you.

Oh, and Eric, that's... *ahem* terrible advice. Naturals are rare. I have them occasionally, but I keep LDs in my thoughts. By the time he has a natural, he will have given up for good.

I´m trying to have lucid dreams since more than 2 years now and have only a bit success since 3 month.

I never had a problem with motivation though.
Keep on reading about the positive things of lucid dreaming. I always read books about it and this makes me wanna learn it even more.

Always remember that you can learn so much about yourself, you can learn new things, use the short time we have in a better way and experience things you could never experience in true life.
      Isnt this enough?

i would say a break would be best. im doing that right now, well, i dont have much choice in the matter, ive got dam exams and stuff. but once the exams are over i will feel like ive never Lucid dreamt before and i might have the same attitude towards LDing as when i first started off, which was pure enthusiasm.

so try a little break, and at the end of the break maybe watch a good film about LDing and that might motivate you.
